That being said, we headhunt each EA specifically for each client by first understanding your work style, preferred communication, tech stack, and delegation needs. We don’t just assign any EA—we pair you with someone who fits your specific business, pace, and leadership style.

You can be fully onboarded and working with your EA within 30-45 days. Our process includes head-hunting, EA training, and custom systems setup to ensure everything runs smoothly from day one.

Nope! We handle the training for you. Your EA will already be skilled in scheduling, inbox management, investor relations, and other core functions. Plus, we provide custom SOPs and workflows so they can execute tasks exactly how you need. Your job is to give feedback so your EA can refine your processes over time.

We have a performance tracking system in place to ensure a strong fit. If you ever feel like your EA isn’t the right match, we’ll re-match you at no extra cost and ensure a seamless transition. We almost never have to do this.

Your EA can take over calendar and inbox management, investor updates, task tracking, team coordination, travel planning, SOP creation, research, and more. We also provide delegation coaching to help you offload the right tasks at the right time in addition to introducing you to community of other founders and EAs who have successfully delegated the hairiest of responsibilities.

We use secure tools and protocols for password sharing and data management. Your personal and business information is stored securely, and only accessible by authorized personnel.

All FreedUp executive assistants are full-time, dedicated to you. Their full-time job is to think about you.

We offer both offshore and nearshore options:

• Nearshore EAs are based in Latin America and work in US time zones for real-time collaboration.
• Offshore EAs are typically based in the Philippines and at first will work 100% of their hours in your timezone until eventually transitioning to overlap 50% of their hours with you and to be async for the other 50%. You don’t want your EA working overnight.

Many of our clients are first-time delegators, and we provide step-by-step guidance to help you build the right habits, structure tasks efficiently, and scale your productivity.

Yes! We train our EAs in handling confidential information securely and following best practices for data security. Additionally, everyone signs NDAs and access control measures for added protection. But we always advise you to only share what your comfortable with (never share bank account numbers, etc.)
